Booking Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at SparklingWhiteSmilesATL,  it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.


STRICTLY ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

THERE WILL BE A $50 NO SHOW FEE FOR PEOPLE WHO FAIL TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENTS 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE (24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME).

ALSO WE  DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS OF ANY KIND!  FOR ANYTHING! DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE,  IF YOU MUST CANCEL FOR ANY REASON!


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,  we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time,  and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked some time ago. We will gladly allow one appointment reschedule free of charge (24 hours  or more prior to appointment time).  If  you need  to reschedule an additional time your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to pay an additional deposit to book again.  (Please respond to the text message that comes from 404-721-1178).  It will have information with our suite # and further instructions.    Please make sure you have put the correct cell number on the booking site.   Please, always call us when arriving for you appointment!
Since the services are reserved for you personally, if you fail to give us at least a 24 hour notice for cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.  You will have to pay another deposit to book again. (We also reserve the right  to charge a cancellation fee of $ 25,00 prior to letting  you book again,  for no show , no calls or last minute cancellation) !  

Please arrive on time!  Clients that are later than 15 minutes  may be asked to reschedule  and your deposit may be forfeited.   Otherwise, time will be deducted from your whitening session in order to accommodate  our next client (if you are more then 10 minutes late) 

Bring a friend payment policies.   We do not accept split credit card payments for the balance.   The total balance must be paid in full with one credit card.   If you need to split it,  please bring in cash.   When using a CC to pay your balance a $3.00 transaction fee will be added to the balance.   To avoid that we accept CASH and CASH APP.    Also,  the bring a friend appointment can not be split into 2 separate dates or times.  You must come in together.  We  are able to perform 2 services at the same time.  

At times it may seem like we are booked up online. Please text us to see if we happen to have the time available.  

When redeeming gift certificates/cards of any kind, please text us to schedule.  Please do not book online, we  have no  way to refund your deposit!

The above policies allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.  Sparkling White Smiles Atl has a tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
